Reservation Policies
Reservations require guarantee by major credit card. Non-prepaid reservations authorize one night plus tax charge. Non-refundable bookings demand full payment upfront and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Valid credit card and government photo ID required at check-in, both in the reservation name.
An incidental deposit equaling one night's stay plus taxes is collected at check-in. Early arrival and late departure requests may be accommodated; if not possible, luggage storage is provided.
Smoke-Free Property
$300 will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's stay plus tax.
No-shows result in a full night charge plus taxes.
